Publication Requirements
Short Research Papers should comply with the EEC-2027 Conference Topics. Proposed Papers (1200-1350 words, 4500-5500 characters including spaces) to be submitted to the EEC-2027 Conference Secretariat until August 1, 2026.
Authors should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the research work, according to the following structure: TITLE; Authors; Affiliation; Abstract; Introduction; Materials and Methods; Results and Discussion; Conclusion/s; Acknowledgement; References.
Book of Proceedings will be available on participant’s registration.
Short Research Papers writing guidance:

- Length: 1200-1350 words, 4500-5500 characters including spaces
- Font: Times New Roman 11 pts
- Line spacing: 1.15
- Margins: left and right, top and bottom 2.5 cm, single column
- Page format – A4, no page numbering, no headers, footers or company logo
- Language: English (UK)
- Title of Paper: Centered at the top, font 12 pts, bold, UPPERCASE
- One line spacing between Title, Authors and Affiliations
- The titles of sub-chapters – with bold (Abstract; Introduction; Materials and Methods; Results and Discussion; Conclusion/s; Acknowledgement; References)
- Authors: Centered, font 11 pts, no bold, full First name and Family name
- Corresponding Author’s name underlined
- Affiliation /institution, country – italic
- Two lines spacing between affiliations and text body
- Please save your work as a Word.doc file.

Invited Manuscripts will be published in the Chemistry Journal of Moldova: http://www.cjm.asm.md/home.
Manuscripts to be submitted upon special invitation by the EEC-2027 Conference Organizing Committee.
